Wenn die Gedanken von Walsch zutreffen, können manche religiöse Grundsätze und Gottesvorstellungen, an die sich manche von uns gewöhnt haben, nochmals hinterfragt werden.
Gerade deshalb halte ich das vorliegende Buch für ausserordentlich anregend.

 

No limitations
I desire first to know and experience Myself, in all My glory – to know Who I Am. Before I invented you – and  all the worlds of the universe – it was impossible for Me to do so.

Second, I desire that you shall know and experience What You Really Are, through the power I have given you to create and experience yourself in whatever way you choose.
Third, I desire for the whole life process to be an experience of constant joy, con-tinuous creation, neverending expansion, and total fulfillment in each moment of now. (65)
 

Keine Einschränkungen
Mein Verlangen ist zuallererst, mich zu kennen und mich zu erfahren, in all meiner Pracht.
Bevor ich dich erschuf - und alle Welten des Universums - war es für mich unmöglich, das zu tun.
Zweitens will ich, dass du dich kennst und erfahren kannst, Was Du Wirklich Bist - durch die Kraft, die ich dir gegeben habe, zu schaffen und dich zu erleben, welchen Weg du auch immer wählst.
Drittens soll der ganze Lebensablauf eine Erfahrung dauernder Freude, fortwährender Neuschaffung und nicht endender Ausdehnung sein, und vollständige Erfüllung in jedem Zeitpunkt des Jetzt.

Chance, nicht Verpflichtung, ist das Grundanliegen von Religion, die Basis aller Verbindung zu Gott. Solange du es anders siehst, hast du das Wesentliche nicht begriffen.

Es gibt Menschen, die sagen, dass ich euch einen freien Willen gegeben habe, aber die selben Menschen sind der Überzeugung, dass, wenn du mir nicht gehorchst, ich dich in die Hölle sende. Was für eine Art freier Wille ist das? Ist das nicht eine Verspottung Gottes (von einer wirklich wahren Beziehung zwischen uns gar zu schweigen) ?
 

No Devil
And so you have created in your mythology the being you call “devil”. You have even imagined a God at war with this being (thinking that God solves problems the way you do). Finally, you have actually imagined that God could lose this war.
All this violates everything you say you know about God.  (16)

 

Kein Teufel
Und so habt ihr in eurer Mythologie ein Wesen geschaffen, das ihr “Teufel” nennt. Ihr habt euch einen Gott vorgestellt, der mit diesem Wesen kämpfen müsse (aus der Vorstellung heraus, dass Gott die Probleme auf gleiche Weise löse wie ihr das tut). Schliesslich habt ihr euch gar vorgestellt, dass Gott diesen Krieg verlieren könne.
All dies widerspricht allem, was ihr über Gott wisst.
 

No Sin at Birth
You’ve even created religions that tell you that you are born in sin – that you are sinners at birth – in order to convince yourselves of your own evil. Yet if I told you you are born of God – that you are pure Gods and Goddesses at birth – pure love – you would reject me. (85)
 

Keine Erbsünde
Du hast dir gar Religionen geschaffen, welche dir sagen, dass du sündig geboren bist - dass ihr im Zeitpunkt der Geburt Sünder seid - dies, um dich von deiner eigenen Schlechtigkeit zu überzeugen. Wenn Ich euch aber sagte, dass ihr durch Gott geboren seid - dass ihr zum Zeitpunkt der Geburt reine Götter und Göttinnen seid - reine Liebe - würdet ihr mich ablehnen.
 

No direct Interference
If you believe that God is some omnipotent being who hears all prayers, says “yes” to some, “no” to others, and “maybe, but not now” to the rest, you are mistaken. (13)

No Need to Worship
… The irony of all this is that I do not want your worship, I do not need your obedience, and it is not necessary for you to serve Me.

.. Deity has no needs. All That Is is exactly that: all that is. It therefore wants, or lacks, nothing – by definition.
If you choose to believe in a God who somehow needs something – and has such hurt feelings if He doesn’t get it that He punishes those from whom He expected to receive it – then you choose to believe in a God much smaller than I. You truly are Children of a Lesser God. (64)
 

Keine Pflicht zur Anbetung
... Die Ironie von alledem ist, dass ich deine Anbetung nicht will, ich brauche deinen Gehorsam nicht, und es ist nicht notwendig, dass du mir dienst.

...  Göttlichkeit hat keine Bedürfnisse. Alles was ist, ist genau das: alles was ist. Es braucht daher nichts, und es fehlt daher auch nichts - per Definition.
Wenn du dich entscheidest, an einen Gott zu glauben, welcher etwas braucht - und der so verletzt ist, wenn er es nicht bekommt,  dass er diejenigen bestraft, von denen er es erwartet hat - dann hast du dich entschieden, an einen viel kleineren Gott zu glauben, als ich es bin. Ihr seid dann wirklich Kinder eines Kleineren Gottes.   
 

No Last Judgement
… for it is not My plan that you shall be separated from Me forever and ever. Indeed, such a thing is an impossibility – for to achieve such an event, not only would you have to deny Who You Are – I would have to as well. This I will never do. And so long as one of us holds the truth about you, the truth about you shall ultimately prevail. (41)




 

Kein Jüngstes Gericht
... denn es ist nicht mein Plan, dass du von mir für immer getrennt sein sollst. In der Tat, so etwas ist unmöglich - denn um so etwas zu erreichen, hättest du nicht nur zu verneinen, Wer Du Bist - Ich müsste das selbe tun. Das werde ich aber niemals. Und solange jemand von uns die Wahrheit über dich kennt, wird die Wahrheit über dich letztlich siegen.
